Description
Our holiday home Elvira is situated in a quiet location in Els Poblets. Very sunny and on a beautiful plot with various seating and sunbathing areas around the house. A garage also belongs to the house, where the washing machine is located. An open-plan kitchen, equipped with dishwasher and everything else you need in the kitchen. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, and a shower room.

Location
Very quiet location on a street that is not a thoroughfare. The centre of Denia is approx. 10 km away. Nearby you will find many shops, promenades, restaurants and a wide range of cultural, sporting and leisure activities. Ferry connections to Mallorca and Ibiza. The golf courses in La Sella and Oliva Nova are approx. 10 minutes‘ drive away. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are about an hour‘s drive away.

Overnight prices in winter, from 01.10. - 31.03. = 60€ April 60€/night, 01.05. - 14.06. per night / 70€ from 15.06. - 31.08. the price is 120€ and from 01.09. to 01.10. it is 100€/night. Verhuur momenteel alleen mogelijk vanaf 11 nachten. Currently only available for rentals of 11 nights or more. All prices plus electricity according to consumption with 0,35€/kwh. Final cleaning flat rate for the house 130 €, if necessary additional cleaning fee with dog 50 €. On request 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person 20 €. Wlan 10€/ week. There is also a rental deposit of 200 €. In the months of July and August, the apartment can only be rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. A longer stay over the winter (1.11.-30.04.) is possible in this property, from 2 months rental period it can be rented at a winter rental price of 750 €/month and for one month at a price of 900EUR plus additional costs according to actual consumption.
